We collect only the information you give us when you fill out a contact form or email us. That means your name, phone, email, and the message you write. We use it to follow up about your inquiry and provide an estimate. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Information we collect
Form submissions land in a Firestore database hosted on Google Cloud, and a copy is emailed to vikingfume@gmail.com. We keep submissions for up to 24 months so we can follow up on long-cycle work, then a daily scheduled job deletes them automatically.
Cookies
Each cookie we set has one job. NEXT_LOCALE remembers the language you chose (EN or ES) until you close your browser. vt_analytics_consent remembers your answer to our cookie banner for one year. Only if you have an account and sign in, __session keeps you signed in and auth_hint tells the site to show your account menu, both for up to five days; signing in also uses Google's sign-in service, which can set Google's own cookies. Only if you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 sets its _ga cookies to count anonymous page visits. You can change your answer at any time with Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page, or block cookies in your browser.
Security
All form submissions are protected with a per-IP rate limit and a hidden anti-spam field. Your IP address is stored briefly (about 14 days) only for the rate limiter. It is not kept with the rest of your submission. Data transit uses HTTPS end to end.
