When termites have spread beyond a single localized area, which is usually the case by the time you can see them, fumigation is the only treatment that reaches every infested cavity in walls, attics, and crawl spaces. Spot treatments leave hidden colonies behind.

Plan to be out of the home for three full days. Day 1: tenting and gas release. Day 2: gas exposure. Day 3: aeration and clearance testing. We give you specific re-entry times once we measure clearance levels.

Anything sealed in its original manufacturer's packaging stays as-is. Open food, medications, tobacco, and pet food must be sealed in Nylofume® bags (we provide them) or removed from the home. See our prep guide for details.

All living things, including pets and plants inside the home, must leave during fumigation. Outside plants and shrubs within 18 inches of the structure should be cut back or moved; we'll walk the property with you to plan it out. Water plants the day before to protect their roots.

Yes. We provide Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection Reports (WDIIR) for real estate transactions, refinances, and VA loans. Reports are written, photographed, and emailed within 24 hours of inspection.
